Why Start A Church?
America has become the fourth largest unchurched nation in the world. There are over 190 million unchurched people living in communities across the states. The result has been many churches having to close their doors.
We have found these stats to be true in the community of Rogers, MN. The community has doubled in size over the last 10 years and yet there has been a handful of churches that have closed. As the community is projected to double in size again, we believe starting a church is vital to maintaining a strong moral foundation for the community to build on. It is also an effective way to reach people with the message of hope that comes through Jesus Christ.
Studies have shown starting a new church is the best approach to reaching new generations, new residents, new people groups, and those who are unchurched. If this is true, we must start new churches because they are effective!
